Designed Around Your Academic Calendar
Our Student Home Reset packages are designed to fit your academic schedule, with fall cleaning beginning in August and spring cleaning beginning in February.
Choose 8 biweekly visits or 4 monthly visits, including your initial home reset. Need an additional cleaning during winter break, before finals, or between semesters? Extra visits are available upon request, subject to scheduling availability.
Cleaning dates are confirmed when your package is arranged. Package pricing varies based on apartment size and condition.

Our initial home reset establishes a cleaning baseline. Heavy buildup, excessive clutter, inside appliances, and specialty cleaning may require additional services or fees.

Between classes, work, and everything else on your schedule, grocery delivery can be a huge help.
Simply place your grocery order through your preferred store and select a delivery time that overlaps with your Local Shine cleaning appointment. We’ll receive your order and put everything away, including pantry staples, refrigerated items, and frozen items.
Add this service to your Student Home Reset package for as little as $15 per delivery.
You order and pay for your groceries and arrange delivery. Local Shine receives and puts them away during your scheduled cleaning appointment. Grocery purchases and delivery fees are separate. Delivery must arrive during the cleaning appointment. Subject to availability.
